Pleasant experience at Burgerology Massapequa. Stopped in for lunch shortly after 2pm. We were greeted by and our table was attended to by Hollywood. Comfortable seating (atmosphere), excellent customer service and really good food. Our server was personable and attentive. A+ customer service. Food wait was minimal and the taste was just right.
I love this place. Lucky for us We are in walking distance from this restaurant. Food is always fantastic. Staff is always so friendly and nice. The manager is really a great guy. For my son's 10th birthday last month I simply called and made a reservation for 8 as it is his favorite place to go , sports on TV drop dead burgers, just a great vibe. The manager made it extra special for my son without even knowing him. He put his name on the little menu to make him feel extra extra special. Place is a real gem for us personally. We just feel warm and welcome every time we go.
Me and my family had the most amazing experience here. The waitress was absolutely lovely. She was so accommodating considering we had 2 small children and a huge stroller. She took our orders no issues made sure everything was correct. The drinks came out right away she was awesome! Now the manager was the most amazing human. The way he treated everyone who walked through the door with high fives, hugs like truly grateful for everyone who walked in. The manager was greeting guests, helping at the bar and running food. The food was also incredible. My burger was so juicy and cooked perfectly which the manager made sure of. The cookie skillet highly recommend!! We live 30 min away and this will be one of our regular spots!
Came with my boyfriend and friends to celebrate my birthday and we had an amazing time. I love Burgerology for their food, but have never tried their drinks until now. I got a strawberry margarita and it was amazing and very strong. Also had a pretzel with the cheese and mustard dips which was very good. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great celebration! Perfect place not only for dinner, but for a celebration as well!
First time here after the renovation. The place looks good and the food was solid. The manager was very friendly and really into his job. Good vibes! This is very local spot for so it was happy to see it reopen! Will be back soon...
Food was great we all had different burgers , including the tuna one everyone loved their burgers. This is my 3rd or 4th time went to one in Farmingdale also very good.
Best meal in a while! Our server Gabriella was kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. Definitely worth the trip
